What we are building
Aethelbridge designs, builds and operates digital products and systems for organisations across health and care, finance, education and commerce. We also build our own products, beginning with Aethelbridge Care. That mix is deliberate: client work keeps us close to real problems, and product work teaches us what happens after launch.

What we look for
Technical capability matters, and so does how you work. We look for people who explain things clearly, who will say when something is a bad idea, who care whether the least confident user can actually use what they built, and who finish things.

- 03You care about the person at the other end of the software.

- 05You are comfortable saying you do not know something.
